Take a peek inside

Formerly the main farmhouse for the local Raynham Estate, which was last owned by the Marquess George Townshend of Raynham up until 1957, Home Farm House’s Riding Stable has been thoughtfully restored to create two luxury double bedrooms with exposed original beams and windows with a vaulted ceiling. It is ideal for a country getaway and as a base to explore North Norfolk.

Whether you are immersing yourself in one of the many local tourist attractions, walking along the wide open sandy beaches or simply wanting to take some time out in beautiful North Norfolk, our luxury bedrooms are designed to meet your needs as it creates a peaceful homestead environment with its own private garden and graced with attentive furnishings and treats.

The village of Helhoughton is a quiet, and some would say sleepy village, set twenty five minutes away from the coast and close to the towns of Burnham Market, Fakenham and Holt. We are also very close to the estates of Raynham, Houghton, Sandringham and Holkham.

Our bedrooms have exquisitely comfortable mattresses and linens, and guests are welcomed with complimentary sweet indulgences, with a delightful decanter of homemade liqueur, teas and coffee.

Breakfast consists of freshly baked pastries from our own micro-bakery, muesli and organic yoghurt specifically developed using antioxidant foods such as dried berries and cocoa nibs. Our tea is sourced from Cornwall, the Tregothnan English Tea is the only tea actually gown in England.

For a supplementary fee of £15 per person, you can choose to be served in your room or in the private garden with organic free range eggs from local Hens cooked in any way you chose, with locally produced dry-cured smoked bacon and black pudding, with seasonal accompaniments. This cooked option is available from 7.00am until 8.30am. Just drop us a line before your arrival or indeed chat with us prior to the morning for us to prepare for this.
