Soufflés never fail to impress, and this half day class will ensure perfect results every time.

The secret of Soufflés

We will teach you to make a classic panade based soufflé as well as twice baked soufflés that can be made the day before and reheated. There will also be Gary’s wonderful, sweet soufflés and the secret to their success. You will finish feeling confident that you can whip up a soufflé in minutes using just store cupboard ingredients.

  • Twice baked Cromer crab and chive soufflés with a bisque cream
  • Cheese soufflé
  • Chocolate soufflé
  • Grand Marnier soufflé

The session will comprise of a mixture of hands-on cookery and demonstrations. Unless otherwise stated, you will be eating the food that we have cooked during our class for lunch with a few accompaniments, and usually with wine or non-alcoholic alternative.

What to wear: You will be in a professional cookery school environment so will need to wear comfortable clothes and preferably covered, closed toe shoes.
